Jobby Job
so i got a job with Netflix.
they just opened up a customer service center in Hillsboro, OR.
right in my backyard.
i figured, hey i like movies, i rent movies, i can totally mess with casson's queue!
i like this company, i've been a subscriber for like 5 years or so, now i'll get 8 movies at a time for free! that means we'll have to cancel our cable because we won't have time to watch with all those movies.
netflix has it's own production company.
they send people to sundance every year.
i don't know, i guess i'm just thinking that this is the place that God wants me to be.
i applied on tuesday, phone interviewed on wednesday, went for a face to face interview on thursday and was offered the job on friday.
fast right?
plus i nailed the face to face interview. i'm a terrible interview, i get nervous, forget what i'm taking about, end my sentences in a preposition, lapse into a coma.
but this was different. i was calm, collect and most importantly, i had the right answer for each question. weird, it's never been that easy.
so i'm starting at the end of the month and am very excited to start. after jumping around to so many different cities and different jobs, i really want to grow with this one.
so, casson, if gilmore girls, nell or earth girls are easy, show up in your queue, you know it was done with love.
ok?
